Doug
Utter, President
Doug is a co-founder of Utter Construction and has played an integral part in the growth and success of the company. He has hands-on experience with heavy equipment operations, as well as, vast experience in project cost estimation, project planning and management. |
Dwayne
Utter, Vice President
Dwayne is also a co-founder of the company and has worked directly with the development of the company’s administrative operations and its equipment fleet. His hands-on experience with heavy equipment assists him in his evaluation of the company’s equipment needs. |

Richard Henson, Landfill Operations Manager Richard has worked in the construction industry for twenty-five years and has been with Utter Construction since 2000. His experience includes heavy equipment operation, equipment maintenance, project supervision, and he also has extensive training in EPA guidelines and regulations for management of landfill facilities. |

Jeff Jones, Operations Manager Jeff has worked in the construction industry for fifteen years, and has been with Utter Construction since 1998. His experience includes heavy equipment operation, equipment maintenance, personnel and fleet scheduling, project cost estimation, layout and coordination.

Gary Caudill, Safety Manager Gary has worked in the construction industry for thirty-one years, and has been with Utter Construction since February 2006. He currently holds a number of safety certifications, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Standard First Aid, Adult CPR, Passport Safety, Confined Space, and Hazwoper. Gary is a certified Outreach Trainer and a licensed Underground Storage Tank Installer and Remover. His responsibilities at Utter Construction include: safety orientation of new employees to company safety procedures, ongoing safety training for existing employees, and coordination of the substance abuse program. |
